Price, tax and payment

Each tank is $475. Delivery is $75 per tank.
Sales tax is charged on the tank and delivery.
Payment is due in full when you order.
Card orders include an order handling fee, shown as its own line before you pay. It covers the card processing fee.
Venmo orders have no handling fee. After you send your order we contact you with our Venmo details. Please put your order number in the Venmo note.

We deliver in Utah County, Utah. For an address outside Utah County, text us first and we will agree on delivery with you directly.
The current wait is 6 to 8 weeks from your order. This is an estimate and can change. We will tell you if it does.
The tank is 86 inches tall and 29 by 36 inches at the base. Please plan where it will go before it arrives.

You can return a tank within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, uninstalled and in original condition, and only after we approve the return. Please do not send anything back before we approve it.
For a return that is not for a defect, you pay the return shipping, and a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
Delivery fees are not refunded, unless the return is because of our error.
We do not accept returns of tanks that have been used, filled or installed, unless the tank is defective.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. The card handling fee is not refunded.

Each tank carries the manufacturer's limited warranty of 5 years, when the tank is registered after purchase. Text us and we will help you register it.
It covers manufacturing defects, such as structural cracks or leaks, and defective parts such as spigots, caps or vents.
If only a fitting or part is defective, we send a replacement part. You do not need to return the whole tank.
To make a claim, text us your order number and photos or a video that show the problem. Warranty returns must be approved first.
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, freezing, over-pressurizing, improper storage, chemical storage or uses the tank is not made for, cosmetic wear such as scratches or fading, or commercial or industrial use.
